Dr. Donald Rukare, legal specialist, arbitrator of CAS presented at the event.

For the second time, FITEQ organized the NF Impact Forum to help develop its more than 150 national federations worldwide.

The governing body of Teqball, FITEQ created a new way for its national federations to reach the next level in many aspects. The NF Impact Forum serves the purpose of better understanding the international federation's vision while giving tools in the hands of the NFs to evolve. The first occasion was held in May by Bela Muller, Head of Communications at FITEQ about social media, PR, event communication and creating viral content.

Recently the topic was ‘Introduction to Sports Governance Architecture – Leadership and Governance Series’. This included sports systems at national, regional/continental and international levels. Current issues have also been discussed, such as risk management, athletes and women representation, rules of procedure and relationship to government among others. This part was followed by a Q&A session.

The presenter was none other than Dr. Donald Rukare, Advocate of the High Court, and a Legal Specialist in International/Human Rights Law with over 28 years of experience in the field of access to justice, human rights, good governance, development cooperation and sports administration and management. Lawrence Kamukapa, Secretary General said "Zimbabwe Teqball is grateful for the knowledge shared at the NF Impact Forum on Sports Governance. Now, we are ready to see positive changes in all national Teqball federations."

Rui Marques Leitão, FITEQ Executive Board Member, FITEQ Athlete Representative expressed that national federation can greatly benefit from the Impact Forum as it offers essential knowledge on governance and leadership, which are fundamental for the sustainable growth of this sport. "These sessions provide a unique opportunity for NFs to enhance their governance skills, thereby strengthening their ability to build robust structures for the sport at a national level. Participating in this Impact Forum is crucial, as it opens doors to a deeper understanding of sports architecture, enabling them to make informed and strategic decisions for the future of Teqball in their countries." - he added.

Over 60 countries participated in the conference and all five continents were represented. FITEQ plans to have more educational programs in the future.
