Sanctions for an Anti-Doping Rule Violation range from a warning to a lifetime ban and depend on a number of factors such as:

The type of Anti-Doping Rule Violation
The circumstances of the individual case
The substance (or quantity found for certain substances) in case of the detection of a prohibited substance
Repetition of an ADRV
