Pakistan started the year with almost 100 athletes participating
South Teqball Festival was organised in Karachi, Pakistan as the region's first in 2024.
The National Teqball Federation of Pakistan started the year just as high as they finished 2023 with the world record.
As part of the Deputy Commissioner South Sports Festival 2023-24 in Pakistan's largest city, Karachi the National Teqball Federation of Pakistan along with the festival and KPT Sports Management organized the country's first Teqball tournament this year with over 80 athletes.
At the open event, not only pro teqers faced each other but youth and special Olympics athletes too in their own category.
The first spot in the open category (male and female together) went to Farhan as he won against Asif in the final, while in this format two bronze medallists were announced: Arbil and Ubaid.
In the U20 Hamza finished first, then Azeem second. The third position was shared between Fassi Amir and Rayyan.
