EYTCH - A bold and youthful brand identity launches a new era for Teqball
In 2025, the world of Teqball takes a major leap forward—not just in competition, but in how the sport connects with its future. The inaugural European Youth Teqball Championships (EYTCH), to be held in Pécs, Hungary on August 18–19, will be the first-ever continental youth championship in the history of the sport. But beyond the matches, medals, and nations represented, EYTCH 2025 is also the debut of an ambitious new youth-focused branding strategy.
At the heart of this new visual identity is a single, powerful symbol: Y for YOUTH. Across all materials, the "Y" is elevated and highlighted—representing the new generation of Teqball athletes the brand is built for. This design choice aligns directly with FITEQ’s strategic vision to prioritize youth development and engagement worldwide.
“Y” is more than a letter. It’s the cornerstone of a unified visual language that will appear in all future youth events across the globe—from Europe to Asia, Africa to the Americas—ensuring global recognition, consistency, and energy.
As the first of the continental youth championships, EYTCH 2025 sets the tone. For Europe, blue was chosen as the primary colour—not only for its association with the continent, but for its youthful, bold, and dynamic tone.
From now on, all European youth Teqball events will use variations of blue as their main colour, building a visual tradition and making the European identity immediately recognizable within the global youth Teqball brand family.
The EYTCH branding goes far beyond just colour and font. A key feature of the visual design is the use of vibrant brush strokes like street art elements, layered textures, and dynamic backgrounds. These elements reflect movement, creativity, and youth culture—designed to grab attention on social media, in digital campaigns, and in physical event spaces.
While each continental championship will have its own dominant colour, the common design elements—brush strokes, layered backdrops, and the “Y” integration—create a connected brand ecosystem. Young fans and athletes from all over the world will instantly recognize the style, no matter which continent they’re on.
This branding initiative is not just about visibility—it’s about building a sense of community. The EYTCH identity was created to make young people feel seen, excited, and part of something bigger. It reflects the modern, fast-moving, and inclusive nature of Teqball as it grows into a truly global youth sport.
From this point forward, the branding strategy will link every youth continental and world championship, forming a cohesive visual narrative that reinforces FITEQ’s commitment to youth development.
The European Youth Teqball Championships in Pécs will not only be a sporting milestone—it will be the launchpad of the new brand identity. The event will embody everything the new design represents: energy, connection, and future focus.
